GTX Corp Enters the Children’s Market with New Strategic Partner AttachaPack ™

Los Angeles, Calif. – July 17, 2013 – GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), a leader in two-way GPS Personal Location Services (PLS) solutions signed an agreement with AttachaPack LLC,  to acquire the exclusive licensing rights of GTX Corp’s enterprise GPS Tracking platform and miniaturized two-way GPS with SOS and emergency voice capabilities to be embedded in backpacks.

Founded in California by a career police officer, AttachaPackTM offers a range of innovative backpacks that feature interchangeable pockets in hundreds of patterns so kids can easily customize and create their own backpack. Providing peace of mind for the parents, the backpacks also feature advanced safety options like a built-in GPS tracker with text- and voice-enabled SOS, a bullet-proof shield, and a solar panel that charges mobile devices.

“We are excited to partner with GTX Corp and equip our backpacks with the latest in miniaturized GPS technology,” said AttachaPack Founder and CEO Christina Thomas. “We were searching for a like-minded partner and found the GTX products and platform to be the perfect fit.”

AttachaPack has placed its initial order of GPS SOS- and voice- enabled micro devices and is soft launching this week with a limited product line available via Amazon. The official hard launch, with a full product line, is slated for mid August in time for back-to-school.

“As we continue to expand our presence in the two-way GPS arena we are thrilled to enter the children’s market with AttachPack,” said Patrick Bertagna GTX Corp CEO. “The novelty of interchangeable pockets so that kids can customize their backpacks combined with the safety features that parents want is brilliant. Christina’s 25 plus years experience in law enforcement and the fact she is a mom herself adds a great perspective.”
