The latest data from the Alzheimer’s Association show that 5.5 million Americans have Alzheimer’s disease. By 2030, that number is anticipated to be 8 million — if no medical cure is found — the number of afflicted boomers is expected to grow beyond 20 million by 2050. and if not found within a day, up to half will be found dead or seriously harmed.
